Director / Nursery Manager
Vicky Williams
Vicky has over 20 years’ experience in the childcare industry, as a hands-on practitioner and also as a childcare trainer and assessor.
Formal qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ Playwork
- Level 3 Award in Early Years
- D32/D33 Assessing
- Level 3 First Aid in the Workplace
Also trained in
Safeguarding, paediatric first aid, food hygiene and WellComm.
SENDCO / Nursery Deputy Manager
Kirsty Ranson
Kirsty has over 10 years’ experience as a hands-on childcare practitioner. As SENDCO she is the person families can talk to when a child needs extra support to thrive.
Formal qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ Children’s Care, Learning and Development
- Level 2 NVQ Team Management
- Trained SENDCO
Also trained in
Safeguarding, paediatric first aid, food hygiene, WellComm and Elklan.

We recruit through a robust recruitment and selection process. We look for people who either hold a relevant qualification or are working towards one, and who are passionate about working with children.
